How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are processed and leave our Warehouse before 12pm on the next working day after your order is placed. Delivery estimates are as follows:
  • Ireland - Allow 2 working days
  • UK, Europe and Rest of World - Allow up to 5 working days

Where do you deliver to?

We delivery anywhere, if it's got a valid address we will do our best to get it there.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all Credit and Debit cards. To pay by Laser card select the Pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or Laser Card option on the Payment Page. If you collecting from our office in Dublin we also accept cash.

Do you accept Laser cards?

Yes we do. To pay by Laser card select the Pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or Laser Card option on the Payment Page. Do not select PayPal as it does not support Laser.

Do you offer a collection service?

How do I go about getting a refund?
